Located at Chung-Ho city in Taipei County, Taiwan, the core of the global high-tech manufacturing arena, our facilities consist of three SMT lines (high speed chip mounters), two DIP lines, and various testing equipment. For quality assurance, the incoming chips and components are stored in a warehouse, maintaining a fixed temperature (25 ~ 27° C) and humidity (50 ~ 60° C relative humidity). Anti-static measurements are also taken to avoid component damage during the production process. Finished products all have to pass signal generator/simulator tests, drop tests, dynamic burn-in tests (through 1% product sampling), quality inspections, etc. for quality control purposes. To improve testing functions and lead-time, AVerMedia has specially developed unique semi-automatic testing tools.

Pursuing cutting-edge quality has always been AVerMedia’s main focus in fulfilling our customer requirements. Currently, the maximum monthly capacity for production of TV tuner cards and document cameras is 300,000 units and 30,000 units, respectively. The upcoming China factory at Kun Shan city will further facilitate efficiency of cost and production in the near future.
