AVerMedia launches new Hybrid applications for the AVerDVR Windows-based NV Series Surveillance DVR Solutions

The new Hybrid application effectively expands the capability of the Windows-based NV DVR series to a hybrid Digital Video Surveillance (DVR) / Network Video Recorder (NVR) combination in one solution.
The AVerDVR NV Series features remote surveillance monitoring, recording and playback retrievable through LAN or Internet with easy step-by-step search and playback by date, hour, minute. Remote monitoring through a PDA/Mobile Handy view and POS system integration with video images, as well as a Central Monitoring Software feature controlling multiple servers with a friendly Graphic User Interface makes the NV series a top surveillance choice.
The new Hybrid applications expand the standard DVR capabilities of the NV series into a Network Video Recorder solution by adding advanced, yet easy-to-use features. New functions include D1 (720 x 480) resolution supported for the NV3000 and NV5000 solutions, PTZ preset point alarm support, SMS/MMS alarm support, and playback by search and bookmark.
The new application also allows the user to back-up video segments of less than one hour, includes relay control for both the server and remote access controlled by an updated user interface as well as a new compact interface mode.
