AVerMedia Launches New 16-channel Hybrid PCI Express Analog & IP Camera Capable Windows-Based Surveillance DVR / NVR Solution

announced today the release of the new AVerDiGi NV6480EXP PCI Express Hybrid Surveillance DVR & NVR combined solution. The NV6480EXP is a single PCI Express card solution capable of running up to 16 video channels with the ability to connect either analog or IP cameras. Equipped with the AVerDiGi Hybrid Application Software, the NV6480EXP effectively allows users to connect IP or Analog cameras, or run a mixture simultaneously.
The AVerDiGi NV6480EXP - supports the latest PC PCI Express slot and is designed for high capacity digital recording - with the ability to record up to 640x480 resolution in real-time (30fps). Features include remote surveillance monitoring, recording and playback retrievable through LAN or Internet with easy step-by-step search and playback by date, hour, minute. Remote monitoring through a PDA/Mobile Handy view and POS system integration with video images, as well as a Central Monitoring Software feature controlling multiple servers with a friendly Graphic User Interface makes the NV series a top surveillance choice.
User attention metrics are included designed to measure security personnel response time and attentiveness. Intelligent status notifications alert HDD performance, CPU Loading, Memory usage and more. Smart voice detection, 16 audio channels, PTZ preset point alarm support, SMS/MMS alarm support, and playback by search and bookmark are also included.
The included Central Monitoring System allows for multiple video channels to be monitored simultaneously, while video enhancement software adds additional clarity to virtually any environment.
