AVERMEDIA® SIGNS ASI AS A NEW DISTRIBUTION PARTNER
AVerMedia to increase distribution channel through ASI distribution and systems integrator services in US and Canada
MILPITAS, CA - (May 30, 2006) – AVerMedia® Technologies, Inc., the leading provider of digital multimedia and presentation technology announced today that a partnership between ASI Distribution and AVerMedia Technologies, Inc. USA has been completed. ASI will now distribute and provide systems integrator services for AVerMedia’s multimedia and TV Tuner products throughout the US and Canada.
ASI will provide distribution and systems integrator services for AVerMedia’s AVerTV TV Tuner product line. AVerMedia offers a robust and versatile TV Tuner product line including PCI, mini-PCI, express cards, PCMCIA Cardbus and External USB TV Tuner solutions with products certified for the Windows XP and Windows Media Center Edition 2005 operating systems.
ASI is positioned to provide extensive distribution and integration support for AVerMedia’s multimedia products. With 14 offices throughout the US and Canada, ASI is able to provide vast pre and post sales support, service, technical support, system production and warehousing for AVerMedia products to North America, thus increasing AVerMedia’s presence and availability on a continental scale.
