AVERMEDIA® ANNOUNCES EXTENDED DOCUMENT CAMERA WARRANTY
AVerMedia now providing five-year standard warranty on all AVerVision300i and AVerVision330 Series document cameras
MILPITAS, CA – August 1, 2005 - AVerMedia ® Technologies, Inc., the leading provider of digital multimedia and presentation technology announced today that it will now provide a standard five year limited parts and labor warranty on all of its AVerVision300i and AVerVision330 document cameras increasing from the previous three year warranty.

Both the AVerVision300i and AVerVision330 are portable document cameras allowing a user to project documents, 3-D objects, microscopic images, transparencies, slides or x-rays through any LCD/DLP projector, monitor or TV. Both products feature an 850K pixel color CCD image sensor, extensive visual effects, and PC cam applications to capture, store and transfer images via USB connection. All functions can be accessed by the touch-button control panel, or the full-function remote control. The AVerVision330 also features the Smart AutoFocus system as well as 8X Digital and 5X Optical zoom.
Availability
AVerMedia’s new warranty program will begin on August 1, 2005. All AVerVision300i and AVerVision330 document cameras purchased prior to August 1 will automatically be covered under the extended warranty.
