Congratulations to all of the winners! Out of over 600 entries, our former teacher / judges had a difficult task evaluating each lesson plan. The following Rubric was used as a guideline: http://www.avermedia-usa.com/presentation/winners/LessonPlanRubric.pdf
A huge thank you to all who submitted lesson plans for this contest! These lesson plans were not only used for this contest, but will be made available for download on the AVerMedia website for other teachers to benefit from!
Thank you again, and the next AVerMedia contest will be announced soon!

| It's so interesting to see how others are implementing the document camera into their classrooms. Excellent lesson plans! Congratulations to the winners. |

I love the puppet lesson by Andrea Cacek. It is a really cute idea. I may use it in my advisory class.

Are the lesson plans ready for viewing/downloading on the site yet? I can't wait to see all of them!

Looks like I am going to have to get busy and submit some of our elementary lesson plans. I am in a K-2 building and all teachers who have access to a doc cam, have lessons for it!

I really liked being able to see the actual lesson plans that teachers used to integrate the dc. Thank you.

Thanks, dogata. Unfortunately I can't see the lesson plans until I go to work. I don't have word on my MacBook. But I'll check them out, because the topics look great.

I entered last year, but had never used a DC before. Now that I've had experience with one and have seen how people use them I'd have a better idea of how to write a lesson plan. If it came up again, I'd love to try again.
