AVerMedia Technologies, Inc. 2009 Scholarship Award Winner Announced!
 
  Congratulations to Paul Foreman of Mountain Home High School in Mountain Home, AR! Paul was chosen out of over one hundred applicants because he is very active in his community and school, truly committed to the environment with hard evidence of his passion and was given excellent recommendations by two teachers.

Not only will Paul receive $5000 over the next four years, the two teachers who gave such stunning recommendations will each receive a NEW AVerVision CP300 Interactive Document Camera.

Congratulations again to Paul and thank you to the two educators that supported his effort.

 
 

Scholarship Award: $5,000 broken down over the course of four years.

The AVerMedia scholarship will be awarded to a 2009 graduating High School Senior entering an accredited four year college. $1250 will be paid each year to the graduating winner, over the course of four years. The first payment will be made upon proof of college acceptance and enrollment.

Criteria:

  • You must be a 2009 graduating High School Senior entering an accredited four year college
  • Proof of college acceptance and enrollment will be required before any monetary amount is paid to the wining recipient. To receive future payments of the scholarship, students must submit a copy of their updated college transcript at the closing of each school year
  • You must be enrolled full time over the course of four years
  • You must maintain a minimum of a 2.5 Average GPA

  • A professional resume listing job history, extra-curricular activities and involvement

  • Two letters of recommendation from former or current teachers describing your work ethic, commitment and why you deserve this scholarship
