AVerMedia-USA Presentation Products Division offers free on-site classroom and web-based product training to school document camera customers. Product trainers are conveniently located throughout the United States and are available to travel to various locations. Product trainers can provide assistance in the areas such as product setup, using basic and advanced features, and curriculum implementation. This service can also be adapted to meet your needs.

The determination of whether free training can occur, or the extent of training sessions offered, is dependent on the number of units purchased by a school or district. To receive on-site training, the minimum number of AVerVision Document Cameras purchased is 25. However, this minimum number can be accumulated over a period of up to 6 months, or based on a written document or contract that at least 25 AVerVision Document Cameras will be purchased within 6 months of the training request. Other exceptions may be made for special circumstances; however, this will be based on the discretion of AVerMedia-USA management.

If the minimum requirements are met, product training will be offered to products purchased up to 2 years prior to the requested training date(s). Listed below are the maximum amounts of time that will be offered by AVerMedia-USA for free on-site product training:

<25 units purchased:
Training will not be routinely offered. If exceptions are made, the maximum time allotted will be 1 hour and Web-based training will be encouraged.

25-50 units purchased:
Maximum of 2 hours of training which must occur on the same calendar day.*

50-100 units purchased:
Maximum of 4 hours of training which must occur on the same calendar day.*

100+ units purchased:
Maximum of 8 hours of training. Training sessions will be encouraged to be scheduled on one calendar day.*

*Web-based Training such as WebEx may be scheduled in the place of on-site training but this will be applied towards the training time limit. WebEx training will be encouraged for all situations that do not meet the training parameters.
